Business Development ( Work From Home )

• Position: Business Development 
• Industry:  Fastener - Industrial Connector - Hardware Market
• Location: Jabodetabek Areas (Work From Home)
• Direct Report: SEA Sales Manager 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree is required. 
• 4 years or above of professional experience in Distribution Sales or Business Development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Chinese will be plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
• Business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

Responsibilities:

• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
• Keep the prospective client database updated.
• Make cold calls for new business leads.
• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Prepare new business proposals to potential customers.
• Willingness to learn the knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
• Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
