Job descriptions:
- Providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Greeting, taking customer orders, delivering food and beverages
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
- Check Quality of Food and Beverages served
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Serve food and drink orders
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Stock control of cutleries, plates and amenities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in same position level in a hotel or restaurant background.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional F&B services with passion
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Well-Presented and Professionally Groomed all the time
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management software,POS)
- Willing to be Placed in West Jakarta Area or Gading Serpong Area
- Willing to work late hours
