Job Descriptions:
- The Leader takes the guest’s orders, serves food and beverages, prepares itemized checks and accepts payments for processing
- The Leader is the primary person responsible for clearing and setting up tables in his/her area along with providing his guests with any condiments or additional cutleries they may require
- Knowledge on the restaurant, its products and promotions is crucial for the Leader to know as they are the main contact with the guest
- The Leader may also have the responsibility of additional side duties such as polishing chinaware/cutleries, refilling condiments and guest supplies
- He/She may also be responsible for opening or closing the guest seating area as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager
Job Requirements:
- Age maximum 27 Years old
- Hospitality or F&B background
- Have a good ability to work both as team or individual
- Minimum 2 years work experiences as a Waiter/Server in Lifestyle Concept restaurant
