Job Movement Operation:
- Entry and keep all data related to job transfer/rotation/promotion.
- Provide necessary data for job movement analysis.
- Ensure the readiness of supporting documents for job transfer/rotation/ promotion (e.g. decree letter).
- Provide the distribution of decree letter is accurate and on time.
- Conduct SAP administration process related to job transfer/rotation/ promotion.
- Arrange presentation schedule in related with job movement process along with assessment schedule and coordinate it with talent assessment (assessor).
Career & Talent Management Operation:
- Entry and keep all data related to Succession Management.
- Perform SAP administration process related to Successors / Talent Pool.
- Prepare the database that is used to make better staffing decisions for key jobs.
- Conduct update data and maintenance in SAP related to the Talent Management module.
Management Support Activities:
- Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by managers.
- Provide periodic report to direct supervisor.
- Suggest improvement process related to Career Management & Assessment activities (especially related to time concern, effort, and cost).
- Perform activities related to quality Management System.
- Record and maintain all documents related to Career Management & Assessment programs.
General Requirement:
- Diploma Degree, or University Student (6th semester)
