Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Temen Bulu Certification Program, establishing criteria that reflect the highest standards of quality and dog-friendliness.
- Could you collaborate with industry experts to ensure certification standards are robust, credible, and aligned with best practices
- Manage the certification process from application to approval, including conducting evaluations and audits of potential certificates.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders, including pet-friendly businesses, product manufacturers, and service providers.
- Create and deliver training and support materials to help businesses meet and maintain certification standards.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote the Certification Program and highlight certified entities.
- Regularly review and update certification criteria to reflect industry changes and consumer expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Animal Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program management, quality assurance, or a related field, preferably within the pet industry or Certification Programs.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully launching and managing programs.
