Qualifications :
- Graduated from Diploma Degree of Culinary Education or Hospitality
- Minimum 3 years in the same position of working experience in Catering or related field is required
- Have high standards of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control and minimal waste.
- Excellent understanding equipment and tools.
- Willingness to work in various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, night shift, weekends, and holidays, as per the operational requirements of the establishment.
- Possess excellent leadership, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
