Job Description
Summary:

• Responsible in executing the risk management plan, managing and monitoring the risk management projects and company risk profile in order to meet the Company objectives by delivering it within the expected turn-around-time in order to avoid damage to the business in term of financial or reputational.
• Responsible to manage the company obligation towards internal and external / regulatory requirement related to risk management implementation within the company.

Job Description:

• To perform the day-to-day Risk Management activities, consist of risk identification, risk assessment, control and action assessment, and monitoring & reporting process
• To collect the operational risk incidents and breaches, provide review and challenge the submission from departments and identify areas for process and control improvement. Monitor, follow-up and report the status and progress to Head of Risk Management and various stakeholders in regular basis
• To manage the Risk Register database, including to identify any new key risk, monitor, follow-up and report the latest status to the Enterprise Risk Committee.
• To provide assistance to business functions for risk assessment and risk review. Conduct Risk Control Assessment across business functions and monitor the action plans.
• To manage all Risk Management periodic / ad-hoc tasks and timely deliveries of all reporting both internally and to external or Regulator (e.g. Soundness Level Risk Assessment report).
• To monitor and manage the Company's Key Risk Indicators (KRI) or risk position against risk appetite and risk tolerance. Conduct necessary action or follow up to the risk owners to mitigate the risk or reduce the impact.
• To assist Head of Risk Management in preparing reports to Management, Risk Monitoring Committee, Enterprise Risk Committee, or other Committees as required.
• Provide support to build awareness within organizations.
• Provide hands-on development of risk methodology and provide research and analytical support to measure all type of risks.

Qualifications

1. University degree preferably in economic/ mathematics / statistics / actuary / finance
2. 3 years Risk Management experience, or at least 2 years in Insurance
3. Having Risk Management knowledge
4. Having Actuarial knowledge
