JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Responsible for user operation and communication work in Indonesian communities such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc., establish close contact with active fans, encourage users to share product experience, and improve the quality of community content
2. Responsible for the creative marketing plan of the user module, regularly plan and carry out interesting community activities, attract more users to join the community, improve the stickiness and activity of the community, and be responsible for user innovation and activity effects
3. Work closely with the operations team to collect user feedback, understand user needs, provide timely feedback internally on user feedback and improvement suggestions, answer user questions externally, and continue to improve user experience and user satisfaction
4. Assist in formulating the overall plan for local Community Operations, and supervise and guide the daily operations of regional communities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing or related majors
2. Listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Indonesian and English, and can adapt to an English working environment
3. Be familiar with Indonesia’s mainstream social media, understand the hot trends of Internet content, be active and creative in thinking, have experience in content operation and event planning, and those with successful cases of large-scale user activities will be given priority
4. Good at cross-field cooperation, with creativity and strong communication skills
5. Serious and down-to-earth, with strong sense of responsibility, initiative and ability to learn new things
