JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Responsible for the overall operation planning, daily management, content planning, content production and release, media planning and placement of official social media matrix accounts on overseas social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
2. Conduct in-depth research on the Indonesian social media market, monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior and competitor activities, optimize content and activities to achieve maximum coverage and participation
3. Responsible for the brand image presentation and account operation performance of social media accounts, and use various operating methods and high-quality content to increase account traffic and enhance fan stickiness
4. Communicate and cooperate with cross-functional teams to ensure that social media content is consistent with marketing and communication strategies
5. Track, analyze, optimize and adjust the effects of official matrix account operations, output social media operation analysis reports, summarize operational experience, and provide timely feedback on rationalized improvement suggestions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing or related majors, and experience in video production and editing is preferred
2. Listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Indonesian and English, and can adapt to an English working environment
3. Be familiar with Indonesia’s mainstream social media, understand hot trends in Internet content, have the ability and experience to independently plan and write scripts, be good at capturing hot topics, plan hot memes, compile copywriting, and detonate videos
4. Serious and down-to-earth, with strong sense of responsibility, initiative and ability to learn new things.
