Requirements:
- Min. 3 years experience and skills in e-commerce platform operations (such as: Shopee, Lazada and Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major. (Business, marketing, communication, or a related field are preferred)
- Have experiences in Skincare/Makeup brand is more preferred.
- Familiar with e-commerce operation tools and platform functions, and have the ability to create new accounts, manage and operate online stores independently.
- Have good product management and data analysis skills, able to understand sales data and trends, and make appropriate adjustments and optimizations according to market needs.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing of orders and Client Servers.
- Have innovative thinking and problem solving skills, and be able to propose and implement strategies and measures to improve e-commerce operations.
- Able to speak basic English in a working environment.
Job Description: - Manage and maintain the company's online store on the e-commerce platform, including store configuration, page design, product display and content updates.
- Analyze e-commerce platform data and sales trends, and provide data reports and insights to guide business decisions and optimize e-commerce operations strategies.
- Responsible for product listing, price adjustment, inventory management and sales Data Analysis to achieve the best product display and sales performance.
- Develop and execute e-commerce promotional plans, including formulating promotional strategies, participating in event collaborations, and managing advertising to increase brand exposure and sales.
- Tracks the order processing process to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery, and coordinates and communicates with logistics providers to provide superior Client Server and satisfaction.
