About The Role:
The Compliance will support the Legal Manager in ensuring the Company's business operations comply with internal SOP(s) and prevailing laws and regulations.

• Guide and assist related departments in creating and maintaining updated internal policies and SOPs
• Track the latest developments in relevant regulations issued by authorities and ensure the management and business operation team stay informed
• Ensure the Company's compliance with prevailing regulations
• Conduct compliance inspections of marketing and promotional content
• Oversee the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML-CTF), including SOP creation, monitoring suspicious case reporting, investigation, and communication with authorities
• Manage ISO audits and their implementation
• Implement programs mandated by authorities and liaising with the relevant departments
• Ensure proper and timely execution of Compliance tasks and
• Maintain the confidentiality of company information.

• Holds a minimum Bachelor's degree in Law from reputable universities with a GPA 3.25
• Has 1-3 years of experience as a compliance officer, preferably in the financial services industry
• Maintains high ethical standards, discretion, and the ability to uphold confidentiality
• Capable of managing large volumes of paperwork
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Exhibits outstanding analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in public speak ing
• Possesses a foundational understanding of legal corporate and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) industry concepts
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English
• Demonstrates honesty, conscientiousness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
