Construction Engineer Specialist

Requirements :

Maximum age of 30 years old
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 2 years of working experience in construction in the related field (from retail industry to be advantage)
Familiar with professional knowledge of building materials & electrical principals and decoration design of large chain stores
Understand construction project management and construction work method
Ready for going business trip if company needs
Willing to work in under pressure situation & detail oriented

Responsibilities :

Supervise the store construction process from start to finish
Handover a new site with the mall/shop/investor, including re-measurement of the field and report photos of field conditions, then provide the results of the site visit to the designer and follow up shop working drawing designs
Coordinate of working drawings with contractors and perform checklists and handover of project results with contractors, and re-measurement for quotations with contractors
Knowing the schedule and coordinate with related department regarding delivery of goods for new stores and monitor until the goods arrive at the store
Coordinate with the operational team regarding product display schedules and store openings
Make a report regarding the store construction progress
