Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets, for the construction of service centers and outlets in Indonesia.
- Vendor Management: Identify and engage with contractors, architects, and other vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of Construction Projects.
- Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status updates, milestones, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, internal teams, and external partners.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address any issues or delays, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Proven 3 years experience in Construction Project management, preferably in the retail or commercial sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
