- The working venue is in South Jakarta.
- Our client is a Japanese Interior Construction Management company. Currently, they are looking forProject Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make a deal with customer about design, interior material selection and BQ.
- Checking the shop drawing, BOQ (Budget Control) and S-Curve.
- Briefing and instruct daily task to vendor.
- Checking the equipment.
- Quality checking.
- Implement safety regulation on site.
- Create daily and weekly progress.
- Coordinate with internal and related party.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Interior Design/Architectural or related fields.
- Experience more than 7 years in Construction industry including Interior and BOQ (Budget Control) experience.
- Business level of English.
- Own vehicle and possess valid driving license.
- Technical knowledge both theoretical and practical with a focus on civil work, MEP, interior fittings and equipment as well as design.
- Able to operate Auto-CAD
- Japanese skill.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (Project management experiences in construction to drive project execution).
- Ahli Muda K3 Konstruksi (safety certification).
- Prepare a document system for bidding process.
