Requirement:

  • Experienced Contact Center (Inbound & Multichannel) Min. 1 year
  • English Proficiency (Holding Min. Intermediate Certification From Reputable English Course)
  • Excellent Communication Skill
  • Have Knowledge in Basic IT/MobileApps
  • Willing to Work in Shifting Schedule (24 Hours Shifting Time & Public Holiday)

Job Description:

  • Handle Inflow From Inbound call/WA Chat/Email/Web Form From Users
  • Provide accurate information about products/services,and policies
  • Deliver Service Excellence Based on SOP
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Achieve target and KPI Agreed
