• Develop engaging and creative content for all Social Media platforms
• Plan and execute Social Media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Monitor and analyze Social Media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience preferences.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging Social Media platforms, incorporating new features and strategies into our campaigns.
• Work closely with graphic designers and other creative team members to produce high-quality visual content.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in content creation and Social Media management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful Social Media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Proficiency in Social Media analytics and monitoring tools.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of Social Media trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
