Job Description :

To maximize bottom line opportunities for the business. The role will be involved in identifying and securing merger and acquisition deals, managing, and investing large monetary funds, and buying and selling financial products etc. The role steers the financial direction of the business, and undertakes all strategic financial planning, reporting to stakeholders and all aspects of large transactions for the organization’s business to Management.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the development and implementation of corporate financial strategies, objectives, and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance of the organization.
• Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify possible areas of cost savings or revenue enhancement.
• Research and present financial reports to management.
• Develop and implement corporate financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review financial contracts, such as leases and loans.
• Negotiate with creditors and lenders to obtain favorable terms.
• Coordinate compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare periodic forecasts and budget reports to Management.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance including experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management in multinational company or large company size.
• Advanced knowledge of financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
• Experience and understand domestic & foreign bank transaction systems.
• A proficiency in financial and accounting interpretation and analysis is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving, Critical analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Drive, commitment, and strong leadership to lead the team.
• Experience and understanding of using the financial system, SAP is a must.
• A proficiency in English is a must.
