Requirement:
- Background: Finance, Business Management, or related
- Experience in Commercial and or Business Development areas in FMCG Industry, Management Consulting with focus in FMCG is also welcome
- Has strong business sense and good knowledge in Sales & Distribution
- Strong in Finance (Understand in warehousing, budgeting, how to direct the business for development (for opening branch and warehouse, channel, food service in HORECA and COLD CHAIN)
- Max age 45, Female/Male
- Good Communication, Good English (Verbal & Written)
- Know Your Customer, Innovation
- 10 years’ experience in Corporate Strategy (Commercial, BD, Corporate) (If having Financial Analyst, Business Analyst on Consulting Background in early career is very nice to have) If currently as Management Strategy Consultant handling FMCG is welcome as well
Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities, innovate business models, prepare plans, strategies and budgets related to organic and inorganic business development management and optimization of overall corporate assets, i.e., propose the study for Acquisition / Joint Venture business in Pharmacy Non Ethical (OTC Products), gain shares in Principals’ Product, and etc.
- Develop business development strategic work plan and manage the resources needed by initiatives implementation (budget, employee composition, technology, system); and evaluate the performance of the led functions to run efficiently.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities that could impact the organization's strategic direction.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's strategic initiatives and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Evaluate and model the finances of potential mergers, acquisitions, divestments, partnerships, and joint venture opportunities
