Credit Analyst Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Analyst Associate to join our presales credit team and ensure the effective evaluation of credit risk for our company's loan and credit products. The ideal candidate should have the background in credit analysis and meeting department goals and objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Maximize the credit check pass rate with managing our risks
• Review and judge applications by using technologies
• Collaborate with the field credit survey team
• Analyze the result of surveys to ensure accurate and timely evaluation of credit risk for loan and credit products
• Giving suggestions & implement effective credit analysis strategies and policies to minimize credit risk and maximize profitability.

Requirements :

• Fluent in English is a must
• Strong sympathy for the company mission
• Strong commitment to results, growth orientation and responsibility
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Credit Analyst in consumer loans
• Knowledge in financial industry and interest in start-up company environment
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
