Job Description :
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers.
- Responsible for all Customer relation administration related to new car delivery process.
- Support all customer relation event
- Plan and execute gift preparation for customer retention.
- Coordinate with related parties to prepare delivery gift for smooth running of new car delivery process.
- Customer experience warehouse management system.
- Responsible for nominative report.
- Develop new gift for targeted line up.
- Responsible for internal retention program
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must be possess at least a bachelor degree in any major
- Min. 1-year experience in a luxury hospitality industry/banking/ Customer Relation/related professional area.
- Pleasant grooming
- Able to work multi-task, adaptable, initiative, discipline, meticulous and well-organized
- Excellent Microsoft office skill
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Clothing : Formal (Shirt + Tie)
