Responsibilities:
- Maintain and increase customer loyalty and customer retention
- Address customer’s needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return customer.
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
- Promote and up-sell products, services and packages to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
- Provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers, product and service launches as well as direct sales activities.
- Conduct engagement with customers to determine the level of customer satisfaction and feedback
- Create creative events to increase customer retention
- Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary.
Requirements:
1) Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication Science
2) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Good problem solving skills
4) Detail and target oriented
5) Friendly and able to maintain emotions in difficult situations
6) Proficient in using Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point)
7) A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
8) Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn.
9) Previous customer care experience preferred.
10) Ability to change & adapt (high adaptability).
