- Train staff to improve service and meet customer requirements.
- Develop customer service policies and procedures.
- Participate in meetings, trade fairs and events to promote the company's products and services.
- Develop marketing budgets and plans.
- Analysing data collected and generating reports for management.
- Participate in projects to improve customer service and increase customer numbers.
