For Direct Hiring
- This position acts as the first point of contact for all customer concerns and must exhibit eagerness to assist and resolve customer issues at all times.
- Handle inbound calls concerning subscription plans, promos, activation, reconnection, upgrades and billing inquiries.
- Resolve customers’ issues via phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay positive and give customer reassurance that their concerns are your primary concern.
Salary Package
- Fixed monthly salary and allowances 17K-18K with Incentives as high as 50K per month.
