Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- English Fluency is a must.
- Age preference within 28 – 35.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Shipping and Logistics Field.
- Good Communication Skill; Orientation to details; Customer Focus; Strive for continuous improvement.
- Familiar with Trade Agreement rules and Indonesia Customs Regulation and Process
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to drive continuous improvement, monitor team performance against KPIs and targets and take corrective actions as required.
- Actively work together with other functions especially Sales and Trade and Marketing to ensure the easiest and most professional experience possible for our customers.
- Provide strong leadership to the team and groom and develop team members to become a professional and customer-first Customer Service team.
- Resolve customer inquiries in timely and accurate fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the Customer Service associates.
- Ensure to provide 24/7 support of exceptional Customer Service.
