2. Process import/export orders, handle shipping documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
3. Monitor and update customers on shipment status, promptly resolving any logistical issues.
4. Generate accurate invoices, manage billing, and foster strong client relationships.
5. Ensure adherence to customs regulations, international trade laws, and maintain high-quality standards in shipping processes.
What is the background of the ideal candidate?
1. Proficient in Chinese language.
