Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

1. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, proactively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, gathering feedback and work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and retention

2. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities including contract creation and monitoring, preparing sales related reports, and managing sales documentation.

3. Efficiently process sales orders received from customers

4. Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales leadership and cross-functional teams

5. Monitor inventory levels, anticipate demand, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer requirements.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, while effectively managing risks associated with sales activities and customer relationships

Job Requirements:

1. Must be fluent in English

2. Must be excellent in MS office (Excel), for Executive hire

3. Good in data analytics and management

4. Proven experience in sales management or business operations or sales support or Customer Service roles, preferably within the FMCG industry or B2B environment

5. Knows prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently

6. Ability to work under pressure or with a sense of urgency

7. Working experience in 5years+

8. Any data analytics certification would be desired

9. Having knowledge in Customer Service// Sales/ Marketing/

10. Minimum Educational background Bachelors (business administration, marketing, supply-chain, operations or related fields
