Requirements:
- Minimum D3
- Have 2 years experience as Customer Service in the e-commerce industry
- Have experience handling customers via WhatsApp, Telegram, Social Media & Email
- Have good communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Have good analytical thinking & problem solving skills
- Able to operate Microsoft Office & Gdrive
- Self-motivated, independent, & detail oriented.
- Fast typing skill
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries & concerns via WhatsApp, Telegram, Social Media, & Email.
- Understand customer inquiries and ensure all SLA's are met accordingly
- Demonstrate strong Customer Service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customer are satisfied
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interaction
- Implement & adhere to established quality standards & processes.
