What will you do:
- Support for general operational requests/inquiries (e.g. handover, package tracking, order tracking/status).
- Act as point contact for operational requests/inquiries.
- Monitor inbound and outbound order progress.
- Provide reports to relevant stakeholders/clients and/or respond to update requests from clients/internal stakeholders.
What are the requirements:
- Fresh graduate from any major.
- Having experience as Customer Service Intern/Admin Support Intern will be an advantages.
- Having great Excel skils.
- Having good communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Warehouse Kapuk, Jakarta Utara
