Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Answer all inquiries, from calls, emails, and WhatsApp, from health care providers, consumers, and internal to help solve problems
- Monitor, investigate, and solve problems based on the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Maintain and improve the performance of our doctors and health facility
- Do verification check for incoming orders
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor's degree from any education background
- Min. 2 years experiences as a Customer Service, from health company or tech/digital company
- Excellent communication & problem solving skills
- Willing to take initiative, innovative, responsive, and customer-oriented
- Willing to work in a 1-year contract based
