Job Description :
- Understand the contract and delivery scope specification of Testing and Commission requirements.
- Have engineering experience regarding the products related with Chiller, Cooling tower, Pump, Air handling Unit, Direct-expansion PAC, Thermo tank, Chilled water system, Duct system, etc.
- Responsible mechanical product specification and clarification, to ensure product specifications document clear and correct in contract signing stage
- Support and supervise subcontractor to complete mechanical shop drawing design and equipment installation, test and commission and obtain the certification from the customer or authority.
- Responsible for developing mechanical equipment installation design, implementation, inspection, and test documentation, to ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract design and construction drawing with design institute or consultant.
- Responsible for supporting mechanical equipment procurement to guarantee the mechanical equipment complying requirement.
- Client and Subcontractor side mechanical technical management and communication as mechanical specialist.
- Shop drawing review and material submittals technical specification review.
- Mechanical technical support and proposal preparation.
- On-site support implementation, testing and commissioning proposal preparation.
- Review and provide feedback and guidance on Uptime test script for Uptime TCCF, provide feedback and necessary modifications (if any) to ensure Uptime TCCF.
- Weekly presentation and report and record preparation.
- Homebase is in Jakarta but the project site is in Cikarang.
Requirement
- Education/Certifications: HVAC/ACMV major or technical background regarding Heating, Ventilation and air conditioning.
- More than 5+ year’s Data Center MEP facility construction, design and implementation technical experience.
- Have a basic command of the design principles of the air conditioning water system, air system, and smoke exhaust system.
- Have strong theoretical knowledge of heat transfer and air conditioning. Be able to independently complete CFD simulation and solve related problems.
- Be able to design and draw HVAC systems.
- Familiar with the local mechanical technical standards, construction acceptance regulation, test methodology, and certification application process of Indonesia.
- With 1000+ sqm Data Center white space mechanical technical construction experience.
- Language: Fluent English and Indonesian, and Chinese preferred
- Professional certifications from third parties (optional), such as: ATD (Accredited Tier Designer) by UPTIME Institute, CDCP (Certified Data Centre Professional) by EPI, Chartered Engineer in HVAC.
