Job Description :
- Planning advertising strategies, developing, and implementing all digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM. This includes selecting the appropriate advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, email, etc.) and setting advertising based approved budget.
- Conducting keyword research for PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads. Selecting relevant and high-performing keywords to improve ad visibility.
- Coordinate with designer and digital team to plan, develop creative ads content.
- Brainstorm new and creative Digital Ads strategies to optimize short-and medium-term marketing growth.
- Monitoring competitors' activities and taking appropriate actions to effectively compete in ad auctions.
- Conducting A/B tests to evaluate different ad elements, such as headlines, descriptions, or images, to determine which elements are most effective at driving conversions.
- Ensuring that landing pages linked to ads provide a good user experience and encourage conversions.
- Compiling regular campaign performance reports and communicating results to stakeholders. Analysing data to measure Return on Investment (ROI) and campaign effectiveness.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Digital Marketing in a Start Up, Agency or Building Material Industry.
- Strong understanding of Digital Ads (Facebook,Instagram,TikTok,Google Ads, Tokopedia,etc)
- Strong understanding of Digital Analytic Tools (Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, Google Keyword planner, social media, and E-commerce Analytic)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines and target oriented.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace challenges.
- Willing to be located in Meruya - Jakarta Barat
