This is a full-time on-site role as a Digital Marketing Manager at Mazuta Group in Surabaya.
Descriptions
- Focus on the development of product marketing as well as launching of products.
- Create, develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the organization and track the sales and marketing performance metrics to reach the business targets.
- Demonstrate a high understanding of current and future digital development to improve the Digital Marketing including SEO/SEM, and display advertising and to measure and report the performance and assessment against the goals (KPI)
- Leverage the marketing budget and resources to aid in reaching established KPIs
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing (retail industry is preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
