Job Description

Your Team:
You will report to the Marketing Senior Manager and will be located at P&G Jakarta, Indonesia.
What Success Looks Like:

• Provide leadership in planning, initiating, analysis, and executing reports.
• You should be agile and responsive to sensing/feedback, a powerful collaborator, and eager to learn new things.
• Strong organization and follow-through skills. Able to meet multiple deadlines with excellence.
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead campaign/initiative operational readiness & execution tracking.
• Oversee e-commerce marketing asset management by working closely with related stakeholders.
• Ensure the stewardship compliance of total e-commerce spending.
• Lead simplification on overall eCommerce data gathering and submission.
• Manage team and business drumbeat with respective stakeholders.
  

Job Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience in marketing, preferably with retail or FMCG background.
• Bachelor Degree (any major).
• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to engage stakeholders proactively.
• Proficient in English.
