We are seeking an experienced and driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and sales strategies. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to analyze data, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and growth in the Indonesian market.
- Manage the company's online store(s) and third-party marketplace accounts, ensuring product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for e-commerce initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in e-commerce, and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive traffic and sales.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as logistics providers and payment gateways, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of e-commerce specialists and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices for e-commerce operations.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through e-commerce channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee etc.,) preferred.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English required.
