Main Responsibilities :
- Develop and implementing strategies to increase online sales, from both official online store and live streaming sessions.
- Develop & maintain overall official online store's operational activities for all E-Commerce Platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, Zalora and TikTok Shop).
- Develop online selling strategy through all marketplaces and ensure the strategy implementation within E-Commerce team to optimize company's revenue target.
- Keeping update with the market movement in fashion industries, performing market analysis on competitors to establish and implement the effective & efficient online sales strategy.
- Managing advertisment (Ads) budget to have effective and efficient Ads usage in every e-commerce platforms, and also prepare and reporting budget report analysis (weekly, monthly and quarterly).
- Build and keeping good relationship with all e-commerce platform/ marketplaces.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferred majoring in Marketing Management or any related major.
- At least possess 7-8 years as an E-Commerce Manager and experienced in managing marketing campaigns, preferably in Fashion Industry).
- Posess deep experience in e-commerce platform operations, online sales increment through marketplaces, and relevant e-commerce platform policies in Indonesia for more than 7 years.
- Possess strong logical thinking, research & data analysis skills, and strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
