Description

• Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy for the Indonesian market, aligned with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end ecommerce operations, including website management, product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce initiatives with marketing, sales, and product development efforts.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and conversion.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports, with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging ecommerce technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in ecommerce management, having experience in beauty industry would be a plus.
• Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
