Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in marketing relatedÂ
- More than 5 years of experience in Indonesia e-commerce platform operations, management, and relevant policies
- Strong logical thinking, research and data analysis skills, as well as strong communication and coordination skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, result oriented, with a team spirit, considering the overall situation
- Responsible and proactive, able to actively cooperate with the company's strategic planning, adjustment, and implementation
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Able to speak Chinese/Mandarin is a big plus
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for formulating overall operational plans for e-commerce platforms, developing online marketing strategies, and determining operational goals
- Collect and understand the market situation of the stationary industry, conduct market analysis on competitors, and adjust online marketing strategies
- Regularly develop product promotion plans, achieve targets for various activities, and collaborate with various departments of the company
- Develop marketing plans based on company and platform marketing activities, promote product sales, increase influence, and regularly optimize store and product names
- Regularly analyze various data of e-commerce platforms and make timely improvements to store details
- Monitor daily marketing data, product management, customer management, and guide departmental work
- Collaborate with other departments to complete relevant works
