Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day administrative duty to the CEO
- Arranging meeting, taking meeting memo, as well as correspondence through calls and emails
- Filtering documents to and from the CEO
- Active translation between the CEO and external stakeholders
- Ad hoc secretarial and administrative duty
Profile
A successful candidate must possess:
- Fluency in English, Indonesian, and Chinese (hanyu pinyin)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Tenacity and high attention to detail
- Good communication skills, able to maintain strong relationship with stakeholders of the organization
- Extensive administrative skill and good reporting ability
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
