Uraian Tugas
- Provides administrative assistance, such as minutes taking, writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing correspondence, reports, and communications on the executive’s behalf
- Manage executives’ calendars , including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and meals arrangements
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Perform minor accounting duties
- Undertakes other related duties and task/s that may be assigned from time to time
Meminta
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing or its equivalent
- With at least 2 years experience in a similar position
- preferably with real estate background
- With good interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Excellent English proficiency
- Responsible, with excellent planning and organizational skills
- Can start immediately
