Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in accounting or related field
- Age maximum 35 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to multitask
- Fluent in English
- Good personality & teamwork and interpersonal skill, positive working attitude, analytical, meticulous, high integrity, a team player, able to handle pressure and meet deadline under dynamic working environment
Job descriptions:
- Setting up the system and SOP
- Do daily up-to-date billing system
- Create and send invoice to customer
- Check and allocate all invoicing for client
- Monitoring customer detail account for non-payment or overdue payment
- Checking and do reconciliation AR Balance Data
- Checking daily revenue and create sales report
- Running bank reconciliation
- Do other related supporting administration
