Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. As a Financial Assistant, you will perform various financial and accounting duties, such as preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, tax reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining general ledger accounts directly to the owner.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial support to ensure the company's financial goal and audit company business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in finance, accounting and auditing
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Have strong integrity value, dependable and following through commitment
- Have leadership experience, grit value, and willingness to drive a team to achieve common goals
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Quickbooks, Pivot Table and Brevet license is a plus
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting, taxation regulations, and reports is a must
- Eager to learn, teach subordinates, and have ownership of the business
- Able to assist in investment decision-making and address personal interests related to financial decision
