Financial Controller - Based In Karawang

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller Manager to join our client in the manufacturing industry located in Karawang

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets and ensure spending is in line with company goals
• Manage the company's cash flow and make strategic decisions to optimize cash flow and working capital
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks, and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and investors
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficiency in SAP product costing
• Willing to work in Karawang
