Receptionist

The receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcome
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Handle customer check-ins and check-outs
• Provide information about the club's services, amenities, and pricing
• Assist customers with booking courts and lessons
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Sportive, friendly, active and strong initiative
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of the English language (strong english needed)
• Good computer skills
• Accounting knowledge is a bonus
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• A training period will be made available to the candidate.
• Ability to work well or to perform effectively in a high-pressure and demanding work environment
