Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales operations across multiple chain restaurants within our food court network.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Ensure effective P&L management, analyzing financial data and implementing measures to optimize profitability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Maintain a strong focus on daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, taking proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
- Uphold high standards of food and beverage (F&B) operational excellence, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Profile
- Proven experience in managing sales operations within a multi-chain restaurant environment.
- In-depth understanding of P&L management and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving goals.
- Background in F&B operations and P/L management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food grocery retail operations is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
