Job description:
- Leading the entire team sales team starting from creating strategy, focus, priorities, and deployment to all sales team
- Represents the sales function to coordinate with other functions to achieve company goals
- Expand National Distribution and Sales Fundamental
Qualification:
- Have an experience as Head Sales minimum 3 years or 10 years as National Sales Manager
- Have deep experience in General Trade/Modern Trade
- Have deep experience in All Channel (GT, MT, Trade Marketing) in FMCG
- Have an excellent leadership skill, analytical skill, communication skill, and coaching skill
- Have advance knowledge in distribution
