Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional service to all guests
- Anticipating guest's needs at all times
- Handling VIP guests and amenities
- Reviewing arrivals list and welcoming guests
- Inspecting villas before guest's arrivals
- Resolving guest complaints
- Recording information and providing reports
Candidate's profile:
- Mobile between villas with own scooter: From Seminyak to Pererenan, and our office located in
Berawa
- Previous experience as Guest Relations or Front Desk Agent mandatory
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Good initiative, creativity and anticipation
- Perfect personal presentation
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office & Google Drive)
- English fluent (written and spoken)
