Major Responsibilities :
1. Be knowledgeable of the local areas,restaurants and theater/musical and cultural events.
2. Able to provide assistance at alltimes for airlines, car rental, transportation directions, office services,safe guest activities spots and placesof interests.
3. Be able to arrange baby sitterservices, arrange presents upon guests’ requests.
4. Maintain repeat guests’ loyaltyprograms and handle all VIP and high paying guests.
5. Perform the first AID assistant andbe responsible for handling guests’ complaints. Make sure it is not going widerby providing the solution as of guest’s concerns within the prompt timeframed.
6. Be updated about daily hoteloperations, daily event, bulletin boards and ensure with any changes towardsthe procedures and events.
7. It is a compulsory to provideassistance to handle check in and check out process at Front Desk Agentwhenever it is required or in accordance with the hectic operation times.
8. Have knowledge about room rate,packages, discounts, promotions and know how to deal and handle each.
9. Have knowledge about guest rooms,locations, amenities, features and all other services provided by the hotel.
