Job summary
Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate and timely processes.Assign rooms to guests and inform them of any on-site amenities and promotions.

• Address and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room status updates and special guest requests are met.• Process payments and handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions.• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
• A degree or diploma in Hotel Management.• 1-2 years’ experience as Guest Service Agent.• Proficient in front office software (Opera) and MS Office.
