- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Uphold the hotel's high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Work Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mandarin / Chinese Speaker will be advantage
