Responsibilities
• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions• Serve as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments• Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for guest arrival• Address and resolve guest issues and complaints• Escalate issues to the Front Office Manager when necessary• Handle guest payments and maintain accurate records• Work collaboratively with other departments to provide a positive guest experience
Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality industry• Fluency in Mandarin or Korean (written and spoken)• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Attention to detail and ability to multitask• Familiarity with hotel management systems• High School Diploma or equivalent• Additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus
